Acacia has established long-term contracts with farmers whose expertise is growing high quality Chardonnay grapes. From the head-trained vines of Madonna Vineyard on Duhig Road to the California sprawl on Sangiacomo's ranch on the Sonoma side of Carneros, the different soils, clones and trellis systems contribute to the diversity of flavors within their cellar. This diversity ultimately translates to complexity in the wine.
A by Acacia blends the virtues of California's great Chardonnay wine growing regions to create a balanced wine with aromas of pear and toast and rich, vibrant flavors of apples and tropical fruits.
Pair this wine with lighter foods like poultry or seafood.
