    Zacapa® Centenario 23 Years Rum

  • 1  oz.

    POM® Fall Syrup (see recipe)

  • 2  oz.

    apple cider

  • 0.75  oz.

    fresh lemon juice

  • 3  dash(es)

    bitters

  • 0.75  oz.

    club soda

How to Mix

Glass: Rocks Glass

  1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass (except club soda).

  2. Add ice and shake briefly.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

  4. Top with club soda and stir.

  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
