Peppermint Twist Hot Chocolate
Put a minty fresh twist on spiked hot chocolate this year. Just send the Smirnoff Peppermint Twist for an easy-to-make treat that highlights their favorite holiday flavor.
Ingredients
1 cup Smirnoff Peppermint Twist
3 1/2 Cup Hot Chocolate
Whipped Cream
Peppermint Stick or Candy Cane Garnish
Instructions
Add Smirnoff Peppermint Twist to your favorite hot chocolate and stir to mix. Pour into mugs and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a peppermint stick or candy cane. Serves 4.

Eggnog

Ingredients
6 Large Eggs
2 Large Egg Yolks
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
4 cups Whole Milk
1/2 to 1 1/2 cups Bulleit Bourbon (to taste)
1 tbs Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Grated Nutmeg
1/4 cup Cold Heavy Cream
Grated Nutmeg Garnish
Instructions
Add the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt into 4-quart saucepan and whisk until combined. Slowly pour in the milk and whisk. Place the saucepan on the stove on the lowest possible heat setting. Stir the mixture continuously for 25 to 30 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer reaches 160 F and the mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a large bowl. Add Bulleit Bourbon, vanilla extract and nutmeg and stir well. Pour into a glass pitcher and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, pour the cold heavy cream into a bowl and whip until it forms soft peaks. Fold in the whipped cream until combined and mix carefully. Serve in chilled cups or glasses and garnish with an additional sprinkle of nutmeg. Serves 10-12.
