In this robust yet simple twist on a painkiller, dark rum, silky coconut and bright pineapple and orange are complemented by the rich notes of coffee, giving it deep layers of complex spice and a bold, lingering finish.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Ron Zacapa 23 Rum
- 0.75 Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- 1 oz. Cream of Coconut
- Orange Slice Garnish
- Grated Coffee Garnish

Directions
- Shake rum, coffee liquor, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut together with just a few ice cubes, and pour into a large rocks glass.
- Top with fresh ice and garnish with an orange slice and light dusting of grated coffee.
