Ingredients

  • 1 oz DeLeón Blanco
  • 1 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.25 Crémant or Sparkling wine
DeLeón Tequila Cocktail Shoot Paloma Fizz

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker except the Crémant, add ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a highball glass rimed with lime salt and filled with ice.
  3. Top off with Crémant, give a gentle stir and garnish.
