Winter is citrus season, and orange and grapefruit juices combine perfectly with sweet pineapple to highlight the layers of flavor in Zacapa No. 23 Rum. The final addition of cherry juice rounds out the succulent flavors while also adding a festive touch.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz. Zacapa No. 23 Rum
  • 6 oz. Orange Juice
  • 6 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 6 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • 3 oz. Cherry Juice
  • Cherry Garnish
  • Orange Wedge Garnish

Directions

  1. In a punchbowl, pour in rum, orange, pineapple, grapefruit and cherry juices.
  2. Nest the punch bowl in a larger bowl filled with crushed ice to keep the punch cold without watering it down (optional). Alternatively, add cubed ice to the punch bowl.
  3. To serve, ladle mixture into rocks glasses with ice and garnish each drink with a cherry and orange wedge, skewered together.
