A version of the classic aperitif the Kir Royale, this switches in Pimm's No. 1 for a deliciously fruity pre-dinner drink that also makes for a great party celebration drink thanks to the addition of champagne.
Ingredients
- 0.8 oz. Pimm’s No. 1
- 2.5 oz. Champagne
- Strawberries or Cranberries to Garnish
Directions
- Pour Pimm's No. 1 into champagne flute.
- Top with Champagne.
- Garnish with strawberries or cranberries.
