Red White Berry Vodka Popsicle

What says summer like a cold popsicle on a hot day? This boozy batched popsicle recipe has all the berry flavor you could want in a fun, frozen popsicle that is perfect for barbecues, pool parties and summer Friday happy hours.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Smirnoff Red, White & Berry Vodka
- 10 oz. Red, White & Berry Pops Mixture
- Popsicle Mold (6-piece, 3 oz.)
- Wooden Popsicle Sticks (4.5 inches)
- 1 Bag Frozen Mixed Berries
Directions
- Stabilize the popsicle molds by firmly attaching to its stand.
- Combine vodka and popsicle mixture in a large mixing glass or bowl.
- Stir to combine and pour evenly into each of the popsicle molds.
- Insert wooden popsicle sticks into the middle of each mold and add berries to raise the mixture level, keeping the stick stabilized in the middle.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours or until frozen.
- Pull popsicles free from the mold by running the mold under water momentarily to loosen.

Ingredients
- 3 tsp. Citric Acid
- 16 oz. Simple Syrup
- 16 oz. Water
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a large container and stir well.
- Label, date and refrigerate. Good for 3 months. Yields about 10 oz. of Red, White & Berry Pops Mixture
