A deliciously dark, suavely sensual cocktail. This rum-based riff of the classic Manhattan balances the warming richness of a dark rum with the herbaceous flavor profile of a sweet vermouth. Accented with whiskey, coffee and a double dash of chocolate bitters, it’s a complex concoction of flavor that will take you above the clouds.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Zacapa Edición Negra Rum
- 0.5 oz. Johnnie Walker Gold Label Scotch Whisky
- 0.5 oz. Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
- 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 1 Cinnamon Stick

Directions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir and strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish with a twist of orange and a cinnamon stick
