The Jungle Bird gets kicked up a notch with spiced rum and Pimm’s. Bittersweet confectionery notes of orange, cinnamon and vanilla are complemented by deep, rich notes of caramel and pineapple.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
- 1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 0.75 oz. Pimm’s No. 1 Liqueur
- 0.5 oz. Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
- Pineapple Fronds Garnish
- Pineapple Wedge Garnish
- Orchid Garnish

Directions
- Shake rum, pineapple juice, Pimm’s, lime juice and simple syrup together and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with pineapple fronds, a pineapple wedge, and an orchid.
