This tropical twist on the classic Army & Navy sour is refreshing and complex. The addition of passionfruit and just a touch of Absinthe makes this drink really pop. The backbone of Tanqueray London Dry Gin complements and carries all the floral notes of bright fruit and baking spice through to a bracing finish that will keep you coming back for more. Both elegant and complex, this one is a cookout crusher.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz. Orgeat Syrup
- 0.25 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
- 1 Dash Aromatic Bitters
- 1 Dash Absinthe
- Orange Twist Garnish

Directions
- Shake gin, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, passion fruit puree, bitters and Absinthe together and strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
