The holidays wouldn’t be complete without the ripe, sweet taste of cherries that often take center stage in holiday baking. This cherry martini cocktail highlights the flavor of cherries and botanical notes of gin, making it perfect for both fancy holiday parties and an evening comfortably cuddled up by the fireplace.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
- 0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
- 2 oz. Black Cherry Juice
- Black Cherry Garnish
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice.
- Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Skewer a cherry with a cocktail pick or toothpick and add as garnish.
