Buchanans Pineapple Buchacolada
A tropical combination of ripe pineapple and creamy coconut, this riff on the classic piña colada featuring Buchanan’s Pineapple is a warm-weather staple.

Shake up this ripe from the barrel cocktail with Buchanan’s Pineapple premium Scotch whisky. This vacation worthy combination of sweet coconut and juicy pineapple brings the sunshine to you.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Buchanan’s Pineapple
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Coconut Cream
- 0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- Angostura Bitters, to Float
- Lime Wheel Garnish
Directions
- Combine Buchanan’s Pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut cream and lime juice in a blender with ice.
- Blend well and pour into a highball glass.
- Top with a float of bitters.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
- Alternatively, serve on the rocks by combining all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and pour into a highball with fresh ice, top with bitters and garnish with a lime wheel.
