Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Seedlip Spice 94
  • 1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz. Club Soda
  • Grapefruit Peel Garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the club soda, in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
  3. Top with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
