Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. The Singleton of Glendullan 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • .5 oz. Rhubarb Liqueur
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Monin Sugar Syrup

Directions

  1. Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and pour into your cocktail shaker.
  2. Seal the shaker and dry shake ingredients without ice, to create foam and texture to the cocktail.
  3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  4. Place your strainer on top of the shaker, and fine strain the liquid into your coupette.
  5. Garnish with rhubarb.
