Double the heat, double the fun. The Spicy Mama-Rita is the margarita you make when you want something with a little more attitude. 21 Seeds Cucumber Jalapeño Tequila adds its signature slow burn to a vibrant, citrus-forward cocktail that hits all the right notes — spicy, tangy, and completely addictive. A crowd-pleaser with a kick. Mom would approve.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz 21Seeds Cucumber Jalapeño infused tequila
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Half a jalapeño, sliced
  • Soda water

Directions

  1. Muddle the jalapeño in a glass.
  2. Add infused tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Strain and pour over ice.
  5. Top with soda water.

Simple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Granulated Sugar
  • 8 oz. Water

Directions

  1. In a medium size pot, heat the sugar and water for 15-20 minutes on a low simmer until the sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally to prevent caking.
  2. Once sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
  3. Pour into a container for storage, and label, date and refrigerate for later use. Good for 3 months. Yields 14 oz. of simple syrup.
