Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
- 4 Wedges of Lime
- 1 Passion Fruit
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Directions
- Using a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a lime into quarters. Cut a passion fruit in half and dig a spoon into the passion fruit to remove the flesh inside.
- Add lime wedges, 1 half of the passion fruit, simple syrup and a tablespoon of brown sugar to a tumbler and muddle.
- Top with crushed ice and add vodka.
- Stir until combined and top with fresh ice.
- Garnish with remaining passionfruit.
